Product Delivery Manager

Summary

Ideal candidate should possess several years of demonstrated project management experience, including but not limited to monitoring and managing all facets of the software implementation. The individual should be highly analytical, an effective communicator and have strong technical acumen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans for all implementation projects.
  • Review and tweak project plans where appropriate to ensure the project stays on schedule and has all key items that meet changing customer needs/requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure highly cohesive product installation, including but not limited to establishing project charter, conducting weekly meetings, testing customer connectivity, resolving any/all issues to customer satisfaction and post implementation support.
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a comprehensively functional product that exceeds customers’ expectations.
  • Handle any/all escalated customer issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion so as not to jeopardize the project or the customer relationship.
  • Ability to work independently to meet changing deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Certification or Six Sigma Certification
  • 5-7 Years of experience managing small to medium scale implementation projects
  • Healthcare industry experience including knowledge of revenue cycle management


Travel

Up to 25% included overnight travel as required.
