Enrollment Specialist

Summary

This position is responsible for working with our customer (hospitals) to coordinate with our clearinghouse partners on the setup of their claim payment processing. The individual uses our “Business Office Survey” to gather the information required by the clearinghouses for setup. This individual must be detailed oriented and have a tenacious attitude. Organizational skills are a must. Knowledge of the EDI process is preferred, but most important is the ability to track and process enrollments in an expedient fashion with little or no supervision. The individual must be self motivated. Additionally, this individual will have the opportunity to participate with the setup of our new enrollment tool called “Enroll Link”. This individual will have the opportunity to grow in project management and implementation setup.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use our “Business Office Survey” to gather the information required by the clearinghouses for setup. 
  • Knowledge of the EDI process is preferred, but most important is the ability to track and process enrollments in an expedient fashion with little or no supervision.

  • This individual will have the opportunity to grow in project management and implementation setup.

Qualifications

  • High school education (Bachelor’s preferred) 
  • Data entry skills 
  • MS Office 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Good Phone Voice/Communication with Customers) 
  • Highly organized and efficient 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Have great follow-up and tracking skills 
  • Excellent multitasking skills 
  • Self motivated 
  • Ability to expand and learn any new applications related to enrollments 
  • Knowledge of Payer EDI Enrollment policies and procedures
